These pages are a full listing of railway stations on Britain's national network, together with that station's Engineer's Line Reference, mileage, owner and operator. CRS codes can be found on these pages.
It is hoped that in future, this data can be extended to include closed stations on open lines, and further in the future still, those on closed routes. The closed stations already listed are those appearing in certain official publications, or closed since originally compiling these pages.
All stations are open and are owned by Network Rail unless stated otherwise. "Island Line" is now strictly not a separate operator, but a part of South West Trains.
Mick Parker has kindly supplied global positioning data, presented here in the form degrees longitude/degrees latitude. In addition, Andrew Laing has kindly supplied Ordnance Survey grid reference data.
